The roots of Mill Brook Pediatrics began when Dr. Geddes opened the doors of a new pediatric practice in Sudbury in 1994. In 2001 the name of the practice was changed to Mill Brook Pediatrics and it has since moved to the Emerson Medical Building in Sudbury. The practice now consists of two physicians and two nurse practitioners and the staff feel that this is the ideal number of providers to enable us to maintain our mission of providing personalized, family-centered care.

Mill Brook Pediatrics is in a coverage group with two other small, independent medical practices. After regular office hours, a physician is always available by phone to answer questions about sick children/adolescents and provide advice on whether the condition requires immediate care or could be seen during regular hours. This means that a physician is available by phone 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Emerson Medical at Sudbury provides multiple outpatient services to our patients. Full service laboratory and x-ray departments are conveniently located on the first floor. Other medical specialties in the building include Internal Medicine, Orthopedics, and Podiatry.
Our physicians are on the active staff at Emerson Hospital in Concord, MA. Mill Brook Pediatrics is part of the Partners Community Healthcare network.
